How Do I Use the Commitment Generator?

Go to the Module you want to set up.
Go to the Commitments Tab
Click on "✨Get Commitment Ideas"
In the pop-up window, enter a specific behavior or habit you'd like to change in the field.
Click "Generate".
The Commitment Generator will create 3 Commitments for you to review.
1. Click "Add" to add it immediately to your Module. You'll be able to edit when you're done.
2. If you want to generate new commitments, you can change the prompt or click the "regenerate" icon next to your prompt to see new options.
If you'd like to save suggested Commitments click "Export" to save them to a csv file.
Once you've added all Commitments or finished getting ideas, click "Done." You'll be able to keep editing your selected Commitments in the Module.

Once enabled, your Participants will see the option to “Get help with my commitment.”
Participants enter a target behavior prompt based on content or a theme from your session as a focus for their habit (e.g. team connection") and click "Generate."
Three habit options will generate that align to their prompt.
They can click "add" to save their selected option directly to their commitment and then continue to edit before they save, then carry on with their commitment creation.
