You might delete a commitment that you've created for testing purposes, when a participant is no longer with your client company, when a duplicate commitment had been made, or when someone has requested that their data is removed from the platform.
How to Delete the Commitment
Deleting a commitment will remove all associated data, including question responses, commitment ratings, and journal entries. The process does not delete the participant's account, or their past commitments.

Navigate to the Session 
- 
Click on the Participants Tab 
- 
Select the Participant 
- 
Access the "Delete" Button as seen below  
- 
Click Delete 
- Refresh your Reports (optional. Reports will refresh once per hour automatically) 
- 
- Navigate to your Session (or any) report you'd like to refresh.
- Click the "Dashboard Actions" icon. This will be three vertical dots on the top of your report.
- Click "Clear Cache and Refresh."
- Your report will now show the most up-to-date information!
