How do I end my Participant's Commitment early?

You can trigger an early end to one or all of your participant's behavior change commitment if they request to change their commitment or if they leave your program and you want to retain their commitment data.

• Ending One Participants Commitment Early 
• Ending All Participants in a Session Commitments Early 

End one participant's commitment early:

You can only end a participant's commitment early on their behalf within the first three days of them making their commitment. 

1. Access the Session in which your participant made their original commitment. 

2. Select that participant from the Participants Tab. 

3. In their Commitment Dashboard, find the tab list and select "Settings."
4. Select "End Commitment Early."

Ending All Participants in a Session Commitments Early 

If you want to end all commitments in a session early you can do that with the Bulk End Feature.

1. Access the Module for the Session or Sessions you would like to end early
2. At the bottom of the Logistics Tab, select the group or groups that you want to end their commitment.
   
3. Click the Bulk Actions button, and select End Commitment(s) Early.
4. After they have been ended, the participant will receive standard Reflection notifications the next day at their chosen notification time (if applicable), and if they haven't responded 3 days after the Commitment was closed.
