# How Do I Delete a Client?

## Whether you've created a Client for testing or you are no longer working with them, you can remove your Client's data from the Platform.

### How to Delete a Client

1. Navigate to your Client list from your sidebar.
2. Select the Client you want to remove, and view their details page.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page for Delete Client section, and click "Delete."
4. Type the requested word (i.e. Client's Name) to confirm.
5. You will be redirected to your Client List, where you can confirm the Client has been removed.

### Client Data

When you delete a Client, all Personal Identifiable Information (PII) that was collected about Users is anonymized. Anonymized commitment data will be kept in our database and included in Actionable's global metrics. 

A client may request that their data be deleted following the completion of their program. You can contact help@actionable.co and request that all Client data be fully deleted rather than anonymized. This can be done at any time.

If an individual contacts us at privacy@actionable.co or help@actionable.co they can also request a full erasure of their data from the platform at anytime.
