For the times when Participants are away for an extended period, you can pause their Commitment so they can pick up where they left off when they return.

Pausing a Single Participant Commitment
A pause stops all notifications between two selected dates. Participants will have the same number of days remaining that they had when the pause was setup.
Steps:
- Navigate to the Session with your Participant's active Commitment.
- From the "Participants" tab, select the Participant you need to pause.
- From their Commitment dashboard, go to the "Progress" tab to find the "Pause Commitment(s) Notifications" section.
- Next, select the date you want the notifications to be paused on and then select the date that you want the notifications to be resumed.
- Click "Pause" to save the pause.
- The Participant will receive a notification confirming the pause and resume dates.
Pausing All Commitments in a Session
There may be a circumstance where you need to pause all Commitments in a Session, for example during traditional holidays, or planned business shut down periods. Adjusting the whole Session keeps everyone on the same Commitment duration and everyone will have the same number of days remaining when their Commitments resume.
Steps:
- Navigate to the Program Overview screen, and find the Session you want to pause.
- Click the three dots in the top corner of the Session.
- Find and click "Pause Commitment(s) Notifications"
- Next, select the date you want the notifications to be paused on and the date that you want the notifications to be resumed.
- Click "Pause" to save the pause.
- Participants will receive a notification confirming the pause and resume dates.
