# How Do I Find Responses to Prep Questions?

## Prep Questions can provide insights on the mindset of a group before your session. Learn the fastest way to access Prep Question Responses.

 

*You'll find more information on setting up Prep Questions [here](https://knowledge.actionable.co/en/module#questions:~:text=Prep%20Questions%20are%20asked%20if%20and%20when%20Prep%20Materials%20are%20shared.%20Typically%2C%20this%20is%20before%20a%20Participant%20is%20in%20the%20Session%20with%20you.%20You%20can%20get%20great%20insight%20about%20your%20Participants%27%20existing%20perspectives%20by%20utilizing%20Prep%20Questions.).*

*You can track Prep Question completion and review responses Modu**l**e or Session **Participants Tab**, following the steps below.*

#### Tracking Completion of Prep Questions:

1. Navigate to your Session
2. Click the "Participants" Tab
3. You'll see two tables: 
     1. Participants with Commitments - you'll see a column that confirms if Prep Questions were completed.
     2. Participants without Commitments - you'll see a list of which Participants accessed Prep Materials and answered Prep Questions.

*You can also view Prep Question Completion for Participants with Commitments in the Participants Tab at the **Module** level.*  

#### **Viewing Responses to Prep Questions:**

1. Navigate to your Program Overview Screen
2. Navigate to the Module or Session you'd like to view.
3. Go to the "Reports Tab"
4. Select the report based on your needs:  
     1. Export all Question responses to csv file -sort file by Question stage.
     2. Question Dashboard (*coming soon!*) - visualizations of your question data.
5. Confirm your report filters as needed.
6. Prep Questions Responses will be at the top of the dashboard.

#### Helping Participants find responses in-between Prep Questions and their Commitment

Currently, there is no way for participants to view their responses to Prep Questions before they make their Commitment, however, you can use the Session report and share their responses with them.
