How do I Private Label the Platform?

Your Actionable platform is about to look incredible! Here’s what we need to get the platform aligned to your branding.

Verify your Custom Domains

We'll ask you to confirm your Firm Domain and a Start Domain.

1. Firm Domain is what a you would use for accessing the platform on your customized Partners Site. This will typically be the firm name. Examples include:
   1. Acme-consulting or AcmeConsulting 
   2. It will appear as acmeconsulting.actionable.co
2. Start Domain is where  participant will be brought to set up their commitment! We recommend something short. Examples include:
   1. acmestart or acstart
   2. It will appear as acmestart.actionable.co

Send us your Visual Assets

We'll need the visual assets outlined below. Please send them to us at connect@actionable.co at least five business days before your first Habit Builder launch. 

Asset Details

More details and best practices about your visual assets are as follows. 

1. Brand Colors - This is the color that screams your company, the one that everything is branded and styled around. 
   1. Include a Primary Color and a Secondary Color if applicable.  
   2. Best to provide it in a hexcode, e.g., Actionable's Blue is #10069F
2. Logo File - This is your company's logo in a horizontal layout - PNG or JPG, preferably with a transparent background. This will appear on the top header bar of all of the pages, see Actionable below
   
3. Favicon File - This is typically your company's icon
   1. For this example the At is the Actionable Test Company Logo. This will be the icon used on the top of web browser tabs to represent this page.
   2. Best Practice: Small Icon, with a transparent background 
4. Email Logo File - This is typically the same as the logo file provided for the banner. 
5. Welcome Page Image - This is an image that appears on the welcome page for the client level organizations. 
   1. This image will be seen on the: client login page, client start page, system owner onboarding page, buddy onboarding process and notifications, and the logout page. 
   2. Best Practice:  Portrait Orientation, 1000px wide by 1200px tall. Horizontal Images get cut off.
