If a participant selects the wrong commitment or would like to begin their commitment over, you can invite them to create a new one.
If you want to invite your participant to restart their commitment:
It happens - your participants decide that they picked the wrong suggested commitment, or misunderstood what makes a good custom commitment and would like to start over.
Now, as an Actionable Consultant, you can allow an individual participant to “start over” for a session, and choose a new commitment during the first 5 days of the commitment.
- Navigate to the Session in which the commitment was made
- Click on the "Participants" tab
- Click on the name of the Participant
- Copy the URL from the "Restart Commitment" box and provide it to the participant via email
When the participant visits that URL, they will be able to start the commitment creation process over again. This will not impact their prep questions (if used) but will ask them to re-enter the session and commitment questions as part of the process.
