We recommend that you liaise with your client to ensure that their on-site systems are optimized for participants to easily create and access their commitments. This article overviews those requirements and outlines Firewall Allow Listing Rules.
Account Setup and Commitment Creation
These are the minimum system requirements in order for participants to set up their accounts and create their commitments.
Access:
- Internet connection (the Actionable Platform is web-based - no apps or downloads are required)
- We recommend that you test any Wifi connections to ensure access
Web Browsers
- The latest version of Chrome, Firefox, and/or Safari (Desktop or Mobile), or
- The latest version of Internet Explorer Edge
Your Account
- Participant accounts require a valid email address in order to log in and manage commitments. A phone number is recommended, but optional.
Firewall Allow Listing Rules
We recommend that, in advance of launching your Actionable Program, you ensure that your participants can access the Platform and continue to receive opted-in notifications by following the Firewall Allow Listing Rules. You may need to provide this to the IT Support Team for assistance in implementation. If there are any questions, please reach out to help@actionable.co
If any organizations using the Actionable Platform encounter issues with all or part of the sites being blocked, it's possible that the organization's firewall is restricting access to one of the domain hostnames (domains) used by the platform. if you suspect this is the case, the organization should request that the following hosts be allow-listed in the firewall.
The domains that begin with *. in front of them contain multiple hosts that end in the domain listed. For example, *.actionable.co also needs start.actionable.co and company.actionable.co, etc.

In addition to the above, emails from notifications@actionable.co. You can add this e-mail address to the safe senders list so that Participants receive their invitations, feedback requests, check-in reminders, etc. Email from the Actionable platform is delivered by Amazon Web Services and not from a static IP address under Actionable’s control. If your organization is filtering based on headers, email is signed from the MAIL FROM domain ses.actionable.co. We support SPF, DKIM and DMARC protocols.
