Actionable Platform Roles

A number of roles that support your program success, and make up the accountability system for your participant. Here is a breakdown of different platform roles and their available permissions.

Participant

  • Individual (i.e. team members or workshop attendees) who attends a session, or conversation, and makes a habit commitment.
  • Creates their own account when they make a habit commitment

Accountability Buddy

  • Can be another participant, manager, or any other party inside or outside the organization
  • Invited by a participant by email to support their habit building success
  • Receives notification to view activity, give ratings and add encouraging comments/feedback, either within or outside the platform

Host

  • Either a Facilitator that is delivering workshop or learning session that includes a Habit Builder or the Leader or Host of an Actionable Conversation with a group of participants.
  • Supports participants to make their habit commitment following session.
  • Can be granted visibility to view Commitments and add/broadcast comments to individual participants (optional)
  • Can see dashboards and materials for just the sessions they are assigned
  • Must be set up with a User account in the client organization

Manager

  • Can be a participant in the program or not, but needs an User account in the client
  • Will have visibility on individual Commitments and activity for their direct team (i.e. assigned to specific Users in platform)
  • Provides support and coaching during the habit commitment period either directly or via comments in the platform.

Client or Program Administrator

  • The platform administrator for either a single program or a specific client. (may not be available on all plans)
  • Can set up, manage Programs, Sessions and Modules
  • View and download reports for any programs or groups
  • Tracks data and reports on Adoption, Engagement, and Impact for their program
  • Must be set up with a User account in the client organization

Firm User

  • The platform administrator for your Firm or Organization, with full access to all clients and data.
  • Can set up, manage Programs, Sessions and Conversations Modules
  • Can update User data, use Bulk Import or Export (if available). and create Custom Fields.
  • Can view and download reports for any programs, people or groups in the organization, including individual commitment and journal data
  • Tracks data and reports for Adoption, Engagement, and Impact
  • Must be added as a User to your account by Actionable (The number of accounts available are based on your plan).
