Get Help When you Need It
The Actionable Chatbot sits on the bottom right-hand corner of your Actionable Partners Page. Click on the small Chat icon to get started.
If you’re stuck, lost, or want to review best practice on something, ask the bot for help. It will direct you to learning resources to support you! If it can’t find the right resources, it will send your inquiry to the Actionable team for priority support.
Report a Bug
If you notice a bug in the platform, you can report it to the team from the chatbot, too! We always appreciate it when you report a bug to us, and now we’ll be able to take action even faster.
Who has Access to the Chatbot?
Anyone who has an Actionable Firm User Account has access to the chatbot.
The following roles do not have access:
- Client Administrators
- Program Administrators
- Conversation Hosts
- Participants
- Buddies
