How do I Move a Commitment to a Different Session?

Before You Begin

To move a commitment you need:

• Access to the Module’s Participants tab

• Know both where the Commitment(s) are and where they will be going. Must be within the same Module. 

Move a Commitment to Another Session

Once you’ve confirmed the source and target sessions are in the same module, follow these steps.

1. Go to the module that contains the commitment you want to move.
2. Click the Participants tab.
   
3. Open the session that currently holds the commitment.
4. Select one or as many commitments as you need to move
5. Click Move to Session.
   
6. In the pop-up, select the target session from the drop-down.
   
7. Click Move, then refresh the page.

Note: This works for commitments that are active or have already ended.

Moving Commitments Across Modules

Move Commitment only works within a single Module. If the Commitment you need to move lives in a different Module, please ensure that the Module content is the same.
If it is the same, contact help@actionable.co and the team can help you move it.
If it isn't the same, you can delete the commitment and have the participant remake the commitment in the correct session.
