Key Metrics

At Actionable, you'll see most data directed towards three key metrics:

  • Adoption: The number of people who created a commitment compared to the number of people that you expected to create a commitment.
  • Engagement: The frequency with which participants are checking in on their commitment. Check-ins include assigning a numeric rating between 1 - 10, and can optionally include a journal entry.
  • Impact: The self-reported Rating Change from a Participant's first (benchmark) check-in to their most recent check-in.
