What Do I Do as a Manager?

As a Manager, you’ll have visibility into habit building activity for your direct reports and you’ll be able to support their progress and success along the way. 

Accepting a Manager Role

  1. If you have been assigned as a Manger for team members with commitments in Habit Builder, you'll receive a notification by email once someone has made a commitment.
  2. Click the button which will take you to the Actionable Platform to accept the request and set up your account if, you haven't already.

View Your Team's Commitments

TIP:  Managers do not receive notifications about participant check-ins. We encourage managers to log in once or twice a week to view all recent activity. Bookmark the dashboard page so that you can routinely return here to engage with your participants.

  1. Once you have signed in you'll be directed to your Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the left side bar and click on the option titled "My Team."

  3.  Your Dashboard will update to list your direct reports and their Commitment information.
     
  4. Click on the Module Name next to your participant to be directed to their commitment details
  5. From here you can:
    1. Review habit building progress
    2. Offer encouragement or guidance by commenting. See How Do I View and Comment on My Group's Activity for more details.
