This article tells you how to ensure consistent delivery of your commitment notifications to your email inbox and SMS's. The steps provided cover Gmail, Outlook, iCloud Mail, and iMessage to prevent crucial messages from being missed.
Note: if many people in your organization report not receiving email notifications, the issue might be with your organization's firewall. In that case, share this article with your IT department to get notifications allow-listed for everybody.

Gmail:
Allowing Emails from Specific IP Addresses, Domains, or Email Addresses:
- Open Gmail and log in to your account.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "See all settings."
- Navigate to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Click on "Create a new filter."
- Depending on your preference:
- For IP addresses, enter "Received: from [IP Address]."
- For domains, enter the domain (e.g., @example.com) in the "From" field.
- For specific email addresses, enter the email address in the "From" field.
- Click "Create filter."
- Check "Never send it to Spam" and click "Create filter."
Outlook:
Adding Safe IP Addresses, Domains, or Email Addresses:
- Open Outlook and log in to your account.
- Go to the "Home" tab and click on "Junk" in the toolbar.
- Select "Junk Email Options."
- Navigate to the "Safe Senders" tab.
- Depending on your preference:
- For IP addresses, click "Add" and enter the IP address.
- For domains, click "Add" and enter the domain (e.g., @example.com).
- For specific email addresses, click "Add" and enter the email address.
- Click "OK" to add the entries to the Safe Senders List.
iCloud Mail:
Whitelisting IP Addresses, Domains, or Email Addresses:
- Open iCloud Mail and log in to your account.
- Click on the gear icon in the bottom left and select "Preferences."
- Go to the "Rules" tab.
- Click "Add a Rule" and enter a name for the rule.
- Depending on your preference:
- For IP addresses, select "Is from IP address" and enter the IP.
- For domains, select "Is from domain" and enter the domain.
- For specific email addresses, select "Is from" and enter the email address.
- In the "Perform the following actions" dropdown, choose "Move to Inbox."
- Click "Done" to save the rule.

Filtering messages from an Unknown to Known Sender

Go to the first Actionable notification you have received by SMS (in your junk/spam or main inbox)
- Add this number to your contacts as "Actionable Notifications" and save.
- Now this number will remain in your inbox for you to receive the SMS notifications.
