Creating a Multi-lingual Module
You can create Modules with second language features in one of two ways:
- At Program Creation: When you create your Program using the Program Wizard, you'll be prompted to select languages from available options, which currently include French and Spanish. This will designate all of your Modules with second language features.
- Directly in your Program: When you add a new Module or set up an inactive Module, you click the "add language" option.

Adding Translated Content to your ModuleYou'll need to set up your content in English before you can set up the next language. This can only be done on a Module that is not Active.
Steps:
- On your Module click "+ Add Language" (or you'll see the specific language, if you set this up when creation you Program, and can click that).
- Select the language you would like to add - if not already set.
Select the second language and you will be taken to the Logistics Tab for the Translated version.
- Enter the translated Module name here.
- Go through each tab that contains English Content and include the translated content in those sections. (You'll see the English version as a reference for each field).
- On the Prep and Host Materials tabs you can upload any translated documents.
- Questions, Commitments, and Broadcast tabs all have sections where you can translate the text along side the English initial version.
