Confirming Which Hosts have Scheduled their Conversation
Monitoring and supporting Hosts with Conversation scheduling is important to ensure your program stays on track! You'll find a few ways to get insights on Conversations scheduling below.
Module Logistics Tab
From the Module Logistics tab you will be able to quickly confirm if your Hosts have scheduled their Conversations.
To view:
1. Navigate to your Program and Leader-led Conversations Module
2. Select the "Logistics" tab.
3. Review the "Status" column and the "Session Date" column to confirm which Hosts have completed scheduling. From here, you can also nudge Hosts who haven't scheduled.
Other ways to confirm Host scheduling:
-
Select the Module "Participants" Tab: In the Group Summary section, each session will have a status in the "Session Date" column. If there's a date, the session has been scheduled. You can also nudge Hosts that haven't scheduled from this screen.
-
View directly from the Program Overview Screen: Each Session tile includes the status of the session. You can also nudge individual Hosts that haven't scheduled from this screen.
